A Summer of Renewal
This summer has been a season of answered prayers and exciting new beginnings across our circuit. As we seek to be good stewards of the buildings God has entrusted to us, several churches are investing in projects that will help them serve their communities for many years to come.
At Flackwell Heath Methodist Church, work has finally begun on the long-awaited toilet project. After years of planning, fundraising and prayer, it is wonderful to see this vision becoming a reality. The new facilities will make the church more welcoming and accessible for everyone who uses the building.
At Wesley Methodist Church, the ageing boiler system is being replaced, while new solar panels are also being installed as part of the church's commitment to caring for God's creation. These improvements will reduce energy costs, support Wesley's Eco Church journey and help ensure the building can continue serving the community for generations to come.
Meanwhile, at Holmer Green Methodist Church, work has recently begun on an exciting garden project. The new outdoor space will provide another place of welcome, community and reflection, creating opportunities for people of all ages to gather and enjoy God's creation together.
